Allkind Group has acquired Eenvoudig Communiceren (Netherlands), Readzone Books (UK), and Spass am Lesen Verlag (Germany) – publishers specialized in accessible reading. The acquisition strengthens Allkind’s international mission to make reading and learning available to everyone, combining local expertise with global impact.

Amsterdam, October 14, 2025 – Allkind Group has acquired Eenvoudig Communiceren, the Dutch publishing house specialized in books and newspapers in accessible language, together with its sister companies Readzone Books (UK) Lezen voor Iedereen (Belgium) and Spass am Lesen Verlag (Germany). All publishing houses will continue to operate independently, staying true to their mission: creating books and newspapers for readers with lower literacy levels.

About Eenvoudig Communiceren

Founded more than thirty years ago, Eenvoudig Communiceren has grown into the leading publisher of accessible reading materials in the Netherlands. With dozens of book series, newspapers, and educational resources, the publisher reaches a wide audience: from newcomers and young people to adults who struggle with language or reading.
